Welcome to DriveHive. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any services provided by DriveHive, Inc. ("DriveHive," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

IMPORTANT: These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver in Section 17 that affect your legal rights. Please read them carefully.

By using DriveHive, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
  • You are at least 16 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Your use of the platform is in compliance with all applicable laws
  • You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use DriveHive. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.
